Supported as a Finance Consultant on their Global Healthcare Supply Chain [GHSC] contract with USAID/PEPFAR to run a $40M/year drugs and essential medicine supply chain and distribution. I’ve assisted in the reporting of their annual PEPFAR Expenditure Analysis [1] and the development of their project costing allocation model [2].

Support the chamber as a Consultant on their collaboration with the Centre de Facilitation des Investissements [CFI] to develop a series of tools in order to facilitate business productive flow and access to international markets. This $17.5M IDB financed collaboration boasts several platforms including the soon to be launched : ExportHaiti™ and HaitiServiceProviders™; 2 portals which I’ve assisted in their development methodology.

for SCMS [Supply Chain Management Systems], the largest PEPFAR / USAID supply chain contract for drugs and essential medicines in Haiti. [$ 35M/year]. Specifically required by USAID in 2014 to have a Local Financial Analyst to support the project until it closed in September 2016, I was able to help the technical team restructure their operations which were too linear in a much more integrated and efficient supply chain; thus saving big in some areas, including more than 42% in distribution costs [+ $ 700,000] renegotiating 3rd party logistics contracts.

Management of a portfolio of more than 5 assistance projects of more than $ 15M / year from donors including USAID and CDC. With a team of 3 Finance Officers under my supervision, I assured:  oversight of all financial transactions and all reporting requirements for a portfolio of COAG projects [Sidale, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Amputee and more] with more than $15M/year in funding from CDC and Global Fund. [through our Sage Fund Accounting Software and Intuitive personally developed Excel Modelling work tools]  and directed financial management support, compliance & audit preparedness and conducted myself capacity building workshops for 6 sub award program implementing hospitals [HSCM, HSJL, HEP, Clinique Béthel, HSJB and HAM] on: USAID rules and regulations, procurement planning and execution and project financial management
