I am responsible for the accurate realization of all assigned project activities (identification, case management, psychosocial support, training, etc.) and their relative economic and financial administration and manage relations with donors and stakeholders. I also co-facilitate the protection cluster with UNICEF as INTERSOS is the leading organization for Protection (child protection, GBV and education) in the malians refugees camp in M'Berra in Mauritania (25 000 children) near the border of Tombouctou Region. I directly manage a multidisciplinary team of 16 staff include a field supervisor, 1 psychologist, and 14 protection assistants in challenging environment.

Undertake regular field assessment on children affected by conflict in the Mopti region, Mali with a view to identifying needs and prepare project documentation. I was also reinforce local organization and authorities to improve community social cohesion and protect children rights. Moreover, establish and maintain contact with the UN agencies, donors and other partners in the area of assignment and advocate to project funding in the view to mitigate community conflict and protect children.

I was responsible to develop an effective monitoring system and reinforce staff capacities to enable them to carry out monitoring and use tools effectively. Moreover, represent HelpAge in donors and cluster meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to avoid duplication grant. write reports and proposal to donors; provide training to 770 beneficiaries and education grant to their children. l leaded a team with 19 staff include 4 project officers and directly manage a budget of 950 000 euros.

I coordinated and leaded a multidisciplinary team of 20 people representing different programs and ensure the quality and timeliness of project implementation in my area. I ensured to the monitoring and evaluation, learning and growth program by developing tools for timely monitoring, assessment activities and develop accountability framework to improve the and partners capacities. in addition, I was responsible to lead partnership, advocacy, coordination and staff management to reduce child trafficking on the border of the Dominican Republic.
