It was a housing construction project financed by USAID. My work was very important to terminate that project and satisfy our Customers.

It was a construction project in Leogane after the earthquake, I was responsible all the operations including: Human Resources, production, warehouse, health and safety. I was responsible for all aspects of the strategic planning and execution. Our strategies allowed that the organization finished on time that project and provided the housing to all the beneficiaries. We have implemented a Just in Time system to facilitate a daily delivery.-Then I was transferred to Port- au- Prince at Haiti Apparel Center in the same position. We have substantially changed the installation in all technical aspects; we have implemented world class standards for the certification gold WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) without objection.

Responsible of all production supervisors and ensure the delivery of the products of each production line on time and with the required quality. • Responsible of all areas of Manufacturing of medical devices: Environment, Health & safety, Production, clean room, packaging, maintenance, machine shop and molding injection. • Develop Health and Safety program and train all the employees of the plant • Implement Safety contest and periodic audit. • Write and direct disaster preparedness and emergency response plans • Preparation of the budget for six different departments and also control and maintain the expenses of every single area in order to not over the approved budget. • Prepare on a monthly basis different Environment Health & Safety reports for Headquarter. • Assure the delivery of the products of every single area on time and with the required quality level to satisfy internal and external Customers. • Assuring also the compliance with the ISO 13485:2003, 21 CFR Part 820, quality standards • Write procedures for health and safety according to the Dominican regulations, corporative procedures and ISO 14000 and OSHA standards. • Achievement: 100 % schedule attainment in a weekly basis • Implement systems to continuously improve simultaneously productivity and quality.

• Work on floor layout, flow process chart and write manufacturing instructions sheets. Perform time study and prepare labor standards. • Develop process to maximize productivity, to improve quality, to prevent the occurrence of errors and to reduce manufacturing costs. • Implement systems to analyze and reduce rejects and scraps, help in the validation process. • Assure the 100 % of schedule attainment with the quality required on time

• Counseling Services in the engineering, installation and manufacturing transferred products. • Transfer products from Haiti plant to Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic facilities. • Install the products and train the engineers and operators for manufacturing the parts with the quality requirements of the Customers.
