• Reviews, analyzes and checks payroll reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections ; • Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to human resources ; • Monitors the effective and consistent application of all administrative decisions concerning staff; • Plans and coordinates the induction of newly recruited staff • Manages all legal aspects in relation to human resources in accordance with the Haitian Labor Code; • Support recruitment process; • Performs written translation between English, Creole and French
