• Implemented a printing control system that makes it easy to monitor paper and ink toner usage across the organization, that significantly reduced the cost of printing for the organization, and encourage a responsible use of printing resources. • Implemented a network inventory management system in order to facilitate a better IT Asset management, and a better software licensing management. • Substantially increased security and performance of the system by installing, and administering an information security system including: firewalls, malware detection and prevention system, intrusion detection and prevention, network access controls, VPN connection, Web filtering system in accordance with organizational technology security standards. • Effectively administered an Active Directory database of 250 users, maintained properly administered access control lists including rights and privileges. • Provided substantial information systems and technology support to IT staff and users in installation, operation, hardware, software, network services, and system security.
