- Oversee and support the implementation the Grande' Anse programming of IRC; - Manage the sub office in Grande Anse: coordinate and supervise all the administrative duties with Human Resources, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain Units; - Represent the IRC among local partners, State institutions, National and International NGOs in the GA area; - Oversee the design and the facilitation of training for local partners, livelihood association, community leaders; - Staff Management (16 included 4 drivers, 1 Fleet and Supply Chain Assistant, 1 Finance and HR Officer, 1 Housekeeper, 1 Guardian, 1 Child Protection Officer, 1 Women Protection and Empowerment Officer, 1 Program Assistant, 5 Livelihood Assistant); - Budgets management; - Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the Country Director; - Security focal point in the GA area; - Oversee the global M&E for the projects.

- Oversee and support the implementation of the Livelihood Projects linked to the Child Protection component; - Manage the relationship between IRC and any local partner; provide technical and capacity building support when necessary; - Develop Training materials; -Oversee training for local partner’s staff (Training Of Trainers) and beneficiaries on business and life skills, mentoring and follow up; - Design the tools for the assessment and supervise the selection of the beneficiaries; - Assure the global M&E of the projects; -Team management (6 Social Workers)

- Implement a comprehensive FTR program - Coordinate activities with the Ivorian government and other agencies working in FTR particularly with Save the children as the key agency, UNICEF, Caritas and the ICRC/Red Cross; - Focal point for IRC/FTR program; - Develop and carry out training for IRC staff (Case Workers and volunteers, for staff from the other Agencies within the child protection cluster and the Ivorian Child Welfare staff (Government) ; - Work on a Child Protection strategy (interim care, durable solution, and follow up of children).

- Oversee the selection of the host families in coordination with IBESR (Haitian Child Welfare agency) as well as the temporary placement of non accompanied children; - Develop and carry out training for the selected families; - Team management (6 Social Workers); - Data collection; - Produce weekly and monthly reports to the Program Manager.

- Bring psycho-social support to the patients specifically those who are unaccompanied or who were victims of violence. - I do the family tracing for abandoned children and I place them in residential care center or in nurseries when their families are untraceable. - Accompany the patients who were evacuated to the United States or the Dominican Republic after the earthquake and bring them psycho-social support. - I bring my support to the team that is in charge of the awareness of the patients in the waiting room on sexual and reproductive health. - Data collection.

- Developed and facilitate training and workshops on non-violence and civic education for beneficiaries; - Coordinate recreational activities in order to educate participants on the importance of tolerance; - Lead individual and group interviews; - Provided daily report and weekly reports.
