As a Senior Procurement Officer I was in charge of that department. Received all requests to purchase: Pesticide, seeds, fertilizer, Office supplies, materials and equipment for all 4 Winner's regional offices. I also provided transportation to those different offices. Prepare all purchase orders and all paper work in order to buy the goods and make close follow up with accounting for payment to the vendors after delivery. Follow procurement USAID regulations and procedures. Made sure all documents are filed properly according to Chemonics procedures. Overlook staff of three Procurement Agents, and prepare evaluation in due time. Participate in Executive meeting on a weekly basis and keep close contact with headquarters in Washington Office.

for the day to day administrative and general procurement of office supplies and equipment. Provided assistance in the human resources area in recruitment and develop job descriptions for new hires. Work closely with Project Director in his day to day activities. Good knowledge of USAID rules and regulation and Procurement procedures. I was Responsible for logistics and fleet of 5 vehicles. I Supervised staff of 11 which were 5 drivers, 2 administrative assistant, and 3 support staff. Organize monthly workshops, office inventory, handle petty cash and kept close contact with HQ staff and assist consultants coming in town.

Assist clients with information regarding the capital credit card. I was later promoted as Assistant Operations. Worked in concert with the assistant Director and responsible for handling client problems with their account. Made changes in clients’ master files and cancelling credit card when necessary on ICCs system.
Prepare monthly billing for all 3000 clients and made arrangement for dispatching. Debiting and crediting client's account with proper forms.
