• Provide support for the planning, execution and follow up of all technical activities of the Bureau of IICA • Plan, monitor and evaluate projects of the Bureau of IICA in Haiti. • Lead the elaboration of the annual plan of IICA. • Participate in the recruitment process of staff members of the institution and administrate auxiliary personnel. • Participate in the elaboration of materials of promotion and the publication of the results of all research and activities conducted. • Participate in the organization of national and international conferences and support organization of major events organized by the Ministry of Agriculture. • Represent the Institution in high profile events

• Assist the delivery of numerous Lord Mayoral and international student community events • Trained to share integrated social media coverage of my experiences back with my home country networks • Participate in local and international media interviews regarding my BISA role, including G20 media visitors as relevant.

• Provide research assistance in support of OMJ (Opportunity for the Majority) activities • Participate in the preparation, evaluation and monitoring of OMJ projects (including analysis of financial, legal, environmental & social issues) and OMJ (Opportunity for the Majority) technical assistance proposals.

• Ensure the follow up of experimental fields established in the state farm at Fond des Negres, Haiti. • Training and supervision of 95 local crop producers. • Liberalization of 3 new highly productive, drought and disease resistant corn varieties in Haiti. • Increase significantly corn productivity level in the region of Fond des Negres, Haiti. • Gather, verify and store information for the monthly reports. • Payroll of the workers

• Bring technical assistance to all farmers in the Artibonite region of Haiti • Promote the use of fertilizers and pesticides in the fields. Achievements: 1) Increase the level of productivity of vegetable farming in the Artibonite region by 10%. 2) Organization of 20 producers of onions in the Artibonite region, Haiti to commercialize their product directly to 3 supermarkets in Port-au-Prince.
