▪ Managed overall project activities and operations including managing recruitment, training, and deliverables of staff and consultants, and program budget; ▪ Reported, tracked, and managed Level of Effort to USAID’s Alternate Agreement Officer (AOR) ▪ Provided strategic vision to achieve program’s objectives and ensured that the grant was implemented in compliance with USAID’s rules and policies ▪ Finalized and submitted semi-annual, quarterly and final reports to the Agency ▪ Organized team building, developed proposal, and annual work plan for the project ▪ Monitored project results. Results were reported: farmers’ yields increased by 150% and 100% respectively for beans and corn thanks to the project intervention. 500 farmers trained in Climate smart agriculture, two (2) grains processing centers installed; 4,000 farmers received technical assistance thanks to project intervention, one (1) input supply store installed and seven (7) others assisted; 800 farmers trained in beans seeds production in partnership with the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), the Ministry of Agriculture and Michigan States University (MSU) through Innovative Lab project ▪ More 1070 farmers trained in Climate Smart Agriculture and adaptation.

▪ Supervised and administered staff of 14 employees including Researchers, Chemists, Agronomist and Extension Agent (EA); ▪ Facilitated Strategic planning for the foundation; ▪ Built the capacity of 124 farmers’ associations regrouping 124,000 members; ▪ Coordinated the Rural Center for Sustainable Development (known as CRDD) specialized in applied research related to agriculture, training and extension services which include: training, soil fertility testing, plant diagnosis. This center encompasses a soil and plant diagnosis laboratory; ▪ Organized field work for colleges and universities; ▪ Trained 2,000 Master Farmers in Environmental Management ▪ Over 20 grants/ contracts for more than 1 million USD awarded ▪ Served as liaison between the Ministry of Agriculture and the foundation, USAID and other international organizations or authorities;

▪ Managed overall project activities, and operations including staff, subcontractors and vendors in the Cul-de-Sac corridor for the provisions of services; ▪ Supervised and administered a staff composed of a Researcher, Laboratory Director, a Training Officer, 36 extensions Agents, 50 operators of tractors, 72 Master Farmers, and short-term staff; ▪ Contributed to the empowerment of 124 farmers’ organizations of 36,000 farmers Provided technical assistance provided to more than 4,000 small farmers, 124 Associations of producers, and 7 Agricultural Input stores. Yields were significantly increased for crops: from 0,5 TM/Ha to 4-8 TM/Ha for corns, 1,5 TM/Ha to 5-8 TM/Ha for rice, and 0,6 TM/ha to 1,2 TM/Ha for beans

▪ Planned and coordinated agricultural campaign; ▪ Supervised the activities of more than 30 Agronomists deployed in the field to assist technically farmers in the process of adoption new technologies and farms practice (seeds, fertilizers, tractors, soil and water testing, post-harvest services); ▪ Respectively 4,280 beans farmers and 3750 corn farmers technically assisted under my leadership; ▪ Installed and operationalized 8 agricultural input stores; ▪ Facilitated access to quality seeds and other agricultural inputs to farmers; ▪ Recruited private firms to provide land preparation services to assisted farmers; ▪ Developed technical guidelines related to beans, rice and corn production for the project;

▪ Coordinated training program for the project in the Cul-de-Sac Plain; ▪ Monitored Master farmers’ program to increase agricultural performance of assisted farmers; an educational agriculture program consisted of seven (7) modules including small Farm Management, Environmental Management, and Introduction to Sustainable Development and Climate Smart Agriculture. ▪ 1000 master farmers trained and certified by the Ministries of Agriculture and Environment in Haiti.
