o Develop, submit and get approval from the Ministry of Environment on the Environmental Impact Assessment for a new composting facility o Develop, alongside relevant Haitian Government bodies, a Sanitation Safety Plan for SOIL's operations in Cap Haitian o Manage SOIL's Port-au-Prince composting facility and train the new director to assume full management o Advise the Cap Haitian program director on ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs of operations while maintaining quality standards o Manage research partnerships and experiments from ground set-up to article publishing o Manage all composting data and create data tools to provide relevant information to general directors, donors, and to help develop annual strategies o Participate in international conferences to present SOIL's work
