- Establish and maintain Clinic of Hope financial system, including training of Clinic staff and personnel on financial documents and tools. - Analyze, evaluate, organize, manage, and implement programs or projects operations and procedures for Clinic Revenue Operations and Clinical Coding. - Develop detailed professional reports including project plans, timelines, financial projections and analyses. Provide professional and detailed reports, as needed, documenting project/program progress and outcomes.

- Manage in Country Operations - Coordinate in Country partnership with sister NGO's

- Lead the logistical support processes for medical relief operations at MTI and partnering organizations. - Maintain multiple office services by organizing the operations and procedures, including preparation and analysis of employee time cards for payroll, and designing and organizing office filing systems. - Directly support the Country Director and international volunteer teams - Assist with planning, direct and supervise the work of office staff in public health initiatives related to health promotion and disease prevention. - Prepare and present various reports on staff activities, including disaster relief efforts and finance operations.
