VSLA Specialist & Technical Support and the responsibility to support community groups and associations of civil society in the understanding and implementation of village savings groups and credit in the operation of the project area. Its function includes training and support groups for their empowerment (the internal organization and management of their activities). It will ensure the planning, implementation and regular monitoring of activities with groups, associations, partners and leaders in other sectors / components of CARE. It will be responsible for the development and formulation of a growth plan, analyze and understand the competition and market dynamics, while recognizing the possibilities of more operational economy, ensuring compliance with policies, developing human resources to achieve targeted outreach plans and develop an operational training plan (VSLA, Genre, SAA) that can be used internally within the CARE and also by the beneficiaries.
