> Assist the HPP AKSE technical and program staff to ensure that monitoring and evaluation is integrated in all programs. > Implement M&E frameworks and mechanisms to monitor and assess HPP AKSE’s principal interventions > Conduct regular trainings for HPP AKSE team members and stakeholders on relevant M&E systems and methods. > Orient ASKE staff on HPP M&E procedures > Ensure that data generated by implementing partners is disseminated and used for program decision making. > Design and ensure Monitoring and Reporting system implementation. > Assist in conducting Data Quality Audits. > Follow periodic and global reporting, preparation of narrative reports and submission of results. > Represent HPP ASKE in performance and activities implementation meetings with USAID, GOH entities. > Design monitoring and analysis tools. > Conduct performance evaluation.
