• Lead the process of developing and updating national level CP strategic guidance, M&E and for CP and related business planning based on WVH national strategy, WVI CP strategies and policies • Design strategies for public awareness on child protection issues in community • Conduct Child Protection needs assessments among the affected populations, in line with WVI guidelines and Child Protection assessment tools. • Influence all parts of the organization in mainstreaming child protection, implementing CP standards and pursuing WV’s special priority on the most vulnerable children. • Support the development of Child Protection in Emergencies and overall Protection programming, including of relevant program materials and tools. • Coordinate with Operations managers and ADP Managers in the area of CP systems and ensure alignment with CP programmatic guidance • Lead the CP technical team in the national office in order to monitor program progress, ensuring the best use of resources, and ensuring quality implementation in line with global practice • Ensure child protection mainstreaming in the Mission • Support and guide ADP Managers and Program team in their processes for analyzing CP incidents and how CP incidents reporting inform programs

• Develop project implementation plan and capacity strengthening strategy for project staff • Designed strategies for public awareness on child protection issues in community • Supervise project staff and provide them with technical advises to achieve project objectives • Develop and deliver training of trainers sessions on community mobilization techniques, how to identify and respond to child protection issues • Ensure child protection mainstreaming in all Wolrd Vision Haiti’s programs • Identified all problems arising in community related to child protection • Monitor, evaluate, and report weekly and monthly on describing activities, indicators and lessons learned • Administer the project’s budget

• Administer all international adoption dossiers • Develop and implement a child protection policy applying to all staff members, adoptive family and visitors • Preparing of all legal documents for judicial matters • Manage relationship with the adoptive families and represent them • Develop and deliver training of sessions on child protection and child rights issues • Represent the Foundation to the government offices working in adoption field (Courts, IBESR, Ministry of Interior, etc.) and to the embassies of adoptive families

- Participate in developing the implementation plan of the program activities - Conduct field activities as required by the program towards results - Facilitate the establishment of basic structures and School Council in the partner schools according to the ED-2004 Guide - Supporting the implementation of social enterprises with the School Council.
