• Responsible for the programmatic design and delivery of services to key populations in the seven (7) departments of the LINKAGES project. • Ensure the Implementation of health systems strengthening program across the 14 LINKAGES sites. • Provide training and ongoing supervision to clinical staff at the sites level and peer educators and navigators at the field level. • Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the enhance peer outreach approach throughout the LINKAGES sites • Work with INTRAHEALTH and the Ministry of health to train health care workers and departmental health direction • Coordinate with LINKAGES staff the nutritional support for the PLVIH by CRS • Work with EQUIP (An USAID funded project) on data quality and good health service delivery to the LINKAGES sites • Implement with NASTAD and SOLUTION the heath information system: Patient Linkage Retention (a mobile community based patient tracking system ) to track HIV patient throughout the LINKAGES sites • Coll

• General consultation in an outpatient clinic, management of the community activities of the health center

• Accompanied and coordinate clinic mobile for the WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY student during their training visit in Haiti on infectious diseases

• Write projects for the health education section, carry out their execution • Coordinate in collaboration with local community organization field activities including Nutrition, Malaria , HIV prevention and testing and prevention of infection disease.
