The role of the Packaging Technologist is to provide effective support to Packaging operations, under the direction of the Quality Manager. The Packaging Technologist provides skilled and analyses specific parameters to improve Quality. Must be able to perform independently and in a team environment, providing consultant skills that involve a wide range of complex or multi-disciplined assignments requiring a high degree of integration and coordination. Must be capable of effective interaction with multiple levels of the organization from the shop floor to the management.

 Set up and maintain equipment and maintenance data in documentation and CMMS according to HEINEKEN standards  Develop and manage Preventive maintenance plans  Develop, drive and execute solutions to reliability issues in order to achieve required performance (e.g. machine modification proposals, work procedure changes, spare part Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) changes.  Facilitate maintenance analysis (BDA, RCFA) and ensure quality of the analysis  Assist in investment projects with regard to required documentation, CMMS implementation and initial spare parts list revision (by providing engineering expertise, site equipment history and knowledge of local suppliers and legislation)  Support on Troubleshooting ( Problem related to Electrical or mechanical issue with dosing equipment)  SLA/Overhaul planning and support execution  Train others on the implemented CMMS ( Maximo)  Follow up with suppliers regarding critical parts on Purchase Orders.  and others

- Chemical consumption optimisation, provide weekly consumption figures and action plan to correct deviations, Evaluate and give recommendations for equipment optimisation, Train peoplee, Circulation time of RPM Material project implementation, Daily mass Balance Project, Inventory for Production material management

Scan documentation and prepare them for delivery to mail Room and translation of correspondence
