Recruited to oversee for a year the social activities held by Prodev in the community of la reference in Cite Soleil. Established Project management system to allow the community-based organization (CBO) in the area to be efficient in the provided sustainable solutions.
Key contributions:
• Developed business plan: Conducted market research, developed a bakery business plan and budget to help CBO support the operational cost of IMUA School in the area.
• Fundraising: Helped raised more than twelve thousand dollars for a garden project and hired an agronomist to allow student to have hot meals 3 times a day.
• Negotiating: Helped negotiate partnership with Dlo Haiti company to provide access to drinking and portable water to the community of Cite Soleil.
• Providing Business Training: Provide access to basic of business management courses to CBO to help them manage the social business created by donors like NRG, Clinton Foundation.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Hired to execute the existing M&E plan, including PMP and PIRS components and qualitative data analysis to compare planned/projected versus actual results of the Leveraging Effective of Application of Direct investments, funded by USAID.
Key Contributions:
• Data base design: Developed a portal to allow managers to have their information in real time and generate automatically monthly or quarterly reports to submit to USAID on time. Provided additional tools to ensure harmony between all M&E documents and all other project timelines, goals, and documents.

Selected to Co-leading a CRRP area team of around 15-30 staff, consisting of sectorial program implementation units. Reviewing all requests of cash from the Petty Voucher of all staff and submit for approval.
Key contributions:
• Emergency Response Team: Created a team that would identify risks and threats and establish a plan of contingency in the neighborhood of Christ-Roi.
• Communication: Established a communication tree that would allow the team to communicate more efficiently especially in difficult moments such as hurricane, political issues where staff members cannot come to work or have a problem while on the field.

Recruited to participate in the development of instruments to collect information on the monitoring indicators, results, effects and impact of programs and EMERGENCY; assist managers and program partners to use these tools.
Key Contributions:
• Needs assessment: Lead a team of 8 data collectors for a field survey on needs for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) program and presented results to allow the organization to get more funds from donors to implement programs.

Key contributions:
• Training: Provided training to team members to help them gain new skills such as conducting water sample testing (Chlorine residual levels and Bacteriological using DelAgua and AquaTech equipment)
