Detect, analyze, measure and resolve all revenue related problems involving procedures, systems and personnel. - Report all revenue related problems, their impact to the company, their root cause, the identified resolution to Digicel executives. - Reconciling daily usage process from Network Equipment to Mediation to rating to Billing/Settlement. - Conducting ongoing review of new offers and product launches to prevent usage errors.
