This website has a weird format. I have been working for a $20 million private equity firm in Haiti which invests in rapidly growing SMEs and early stage companies. I started as an analyst and was promoted to associate. My role was two fold. 1) Investing in companies which involved everything from sourcing to preparing and presenting the business case to due diligence and legal close of the investment. 2) Monitoring our investee companies of which there are now three and soon to be a 4th and 5th (Currently in legal close). Monitored the implementation of two startups and worked with the turnaround team of NUtv. Internally at Leopard I am the go to for our investment strategy for NUtv which we co invested with Digicel.
