My career involved expertise with Global Funds Grant’s Management of many areas like Health System Strengthening, HIV/TB and Malaria for the past 14 years and other main donors like USAID, the DUTCH, the German (KFW) private donations, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. My perfect collaboration with Haitian stakeholders and the other donors like USAID, CDC, World Bank etc.…on the field and my good knowledge of the health system in Haiti will be a plus for this position. I found this position very attractive for my career.

Managed the 2015-2018 Global Fund grant of $80 million and currently overseeing the 2018-2020 $105 million grant for Haiti’s national grant portfolio on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria and Health System Strengthening. Spearhead senior management meetings with heads of the Ministry of Health (MSPP), President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), other multilateral partners and stakeholders. This project had a fundamental component in building the capacity of the National and International partners and Ministry of Health Central directions.

Managed an envelope of $73 million to coordinate all GF supported activities across 21 non-governmental partners. The Fondation Sogebank was at this period the Principal Recipient that was managing all the GF grants in Haiti. I had the responsibility to oversee all the HIV programs for the PR.
