❖ Planning for Cutting and Stock ❖ Prepares a weekly schedule for cutting department, on what PO, styles, fabrics they need to cut for certain period of Orders o Double check the cut parts if they were cut completely according to its PO o Monitor on the status of cut parts if they were in soabar or printing area, before delivery of cut goods to production tales place o Prepares the fabric consumption based on the cutting quantity that is needed in cutting department o Verifies fabric availability ahead of time, to identify if the fabric we have on stock will be enough or we will run out of fabric for certain PO o Inform production on what PO they will be receiving based on the cut goods available and make sure that the quantities are complete during deliveries

 Managing Sublimation and Custom Classic Products o Responsible in preparing the weekly production for both sublimation and custom classic schedules base on customer’s demand o Updating customers on the status of the product o Overseeing the fabric and raw materials stock needed for both sublimation and custom classic production o In-charge of communicating to the Customers the needs of the factory o Cross checking the complete schedule of cut plans for the weekly production o Implement a better process to make the task easier to achieve  Logistics and Planning o Ensures the packing list for the weekly shipment are complete and equal to the packed finished garments o Update the customer and google document on the status of each order after shipment via UPS and AA ** Maintenance o Conducts timely checking on the pressing machine to ensure the normal temperature before running for production o Regular checking of Printers to ensure that they are all working properly o Reports to the client the problems that we encounter to have an option on how to repair the issues o Constant communication with the Client regarding the whole sublimation production

 Developing Full Package o To develop the New Full package program from its Bill of Material to trims o Continuous communication with the clients while developing the Program o Responsible in submitting trim samples for Approval o In-charge of sending Pre-Production and Top of Production samples to the clients for approval  Transmitting all the issues and comments of the samples to the Team for Sample Improvement o Sourcing out the probable and lowest cost for trims o Follow up and Updating the buyer on the Incoming containers for Full package o Updating the Timeline based on the Planned and Actual development o Prepares all the first purchase orders for all the trims needed in full package o Responsible in updating the tech packs of the buyer based on the sample approval process o Negotiating to the suppliers with the prices, lead times and minimum order quantity per item per order o In-Charge of purchasing and Material consumption for each Program o Updating Work In process: exploring more ways on how to get things done without affecting the buyer’s assumption if the planned timeline will be followed as is. o Planning and Forecasting the raw material usage, quantities and the amount for the full package development.
