- Support all the research activities carried out in the 12 hospitals and clinics of ZL. - Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of research data collected through interviews and surveys to assess patients/participants knowledge and attitudes on a diverse of health-related topics. - Aid with planning and implementation of hospital and community-based projects. - Mentor the medical specialists with their research projects of end of medical study. - Develop, design, and review medical student educational materials with, ensuring they met curricular objectives.

- Oversee and collaborate with clinical staff and providers to deliver workflows producing optimal patient outcomes, quality and patient and caregiver experience within the 12 cholera treatment centers in ZL. - Coordinate the collaboration effort between hospital’s staff and the community health workers to reinforce the contact tracing in rural areas. - Create informational flyers and educational tools for patients and staff. - Attend standing meetings at the Ministry of Health with other non-profit organizations engaged in the fight against Cholera epidemic.

- Receive patients in consultation and hospitalization. - Ensure that patients received quality care from clinical staff and healthcare providers. - Innovate with new strategies to improve the quality of the service. - Conduct regular interviews involving patients and health providers to have their insight and improve the quality of services of the clinic.
