Plan projects by identifying and sequencing activities to successfully complete the projects. Determine resources end schedule for project completion. Manage project staff, document project activities and monitor the progress of the project along with the budgeted expenditures. - Lead any project from definition to implementation; ability to manage both human and computer resources in a manner that project is verifiably accurate and on schedule (Electronic PO system implementation - WorkPlace). - Critically review all programs prior to implementation to verify consistency and conformance with established policies and practices as well as company’s standard guidelines; performs acceptance testing and program implementation for assigned systems and/or projects (Check Printing Module in MS Dynamics GreatPlains – WorkPlace – AssetManage – POS Systems). - Keep Administrative and Development Services Director apprised of the status of all problems and assigned projects on a regular basis. - Responsible for defining and maintaining all data interface definitions between various application platforms, such as Network Servers, Public Safety, Web Servers, etc. (Data Interface built between all maintained applications and Data Warehouse for reporting purposes) - Responsible for continuous review of disaster recovery plan to insure completeness and accuracy to quickly restore applications in the event of a disaster or other interruption of processing

- Provides reference for use of prime and personal computers by writing and maintaining user documentation; maintaining a help desk. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Monitor performance of programs after implementation. - Supervise the work of other Applications Engineers; provide technical assistance, as required, to Applications Engineers and other I.S. employees, capable of performing any function on installed systems
