• Train and support stakeholders in system use (manage access, manage dashboards on a regular basis) • Establishing linkages with other systems including the District Health Information System (DHIS) • Software testing for installation and also for version enhancements, support the development of other solutions as requested • Responsible for hardware and software enhancement and identify strategies to improve efficiencies necessary to manage data flow. Counsel and provide technical expertise to senior management. Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing major projects, activities and lead teams in implementation of specialized IT services.

Design and implementing systems to meet specific needs. Develop and test developed software for each client. Develop document for client training. Realize training and Capacity building activities. Prepare final reports on software development.
