• Worked in the Management of Sciences for Health at SCMS project, I traveled to many parts of the country to supervise the distribution of equipment and participate at the department forum or meeting.
• Planning delivery timetables, ensuring at the warehouse that we have enough stock, overseeing the ordering and packaging process, monitoring stock levels, Monitor and motivate staff, ensure targets are met and train our staff on stock management and inventories.
• Coordinated all the activities for PEPFAR program (PMTCT, IO, Lab, and ART) supervise the purchase of products, plan of distribution to the benefit sites and provide training for the sites served on stock management, inventory and buffer stock.

• Provide technical assistance, if needed, to the site’s staff to implement respect of report deadlines to facilitate stock management and distribution.
• Clarify specifications with client/technical specialists to fully understand requirement, ensure all commodities meet quality standards and pass USG/FDA tests of Quality, Efficacy and Safety, Coordinate all local procurement activities of SCMS in liaison with PMO (Boston’s team).
• To maintain an on-going relationship with the client and all stakeholders, keeping them informed, responding to needs and developing solutions.
• Ensure that all procurement activities are done, transparently without any conflict of interest, Procedure goods and ensure that all are high quality low price and entered the good procure in the stock management system.
• Other task, participate in the monthly inventory and warehouse monthly meeting, 20% of forecasting and transportation.
