As a Senior Advisor for Financial Services and Products, I had the opportunity to lead WOCCU’s work with Chemonics on the Feed the Future Haiti - Chanje Lavi Plante project, funding by the USAID. I was responsible for the implementation of the sub-result 3.3: “Increased Access to Financial Products” with a focus on fostering increased access of targeted agricultural value chain actors to financial products in order to increase agricultural incomes and exports

I designed and developed training tools to facilitate financial literacy of thousands people displaced from camps in Port-au-Prince, Pétion-Ville and Gressier and also ensured training sessions of trainers. I assumed the role and the position of the Economic Development Technical Advisor, which required greater involvement in the development of the overall strategy, to design economic programs and activities, and the development of collaboration between various partners and donors as well as in the drafting and submission of projects. I had the chance to participate in the design of an ambitious program of urban development of neighborhood implemented in Haut-Turgeau/Debussy, with an accent on the development and the reinforcing of marketing, financial, management capacities of SMEs.

As Senior Financial & Business Analyst, my main responsibilities were: • Work closely with program coordinator and international donors; • Select projects that present an economic sustainability to assign funding; • Oversee the review of the feasibility and profitability of the selected projects; • Oversee the review of business plans, financial statements, budget proposals and project cost analysis;
