The regional office, under the leadership of a Regional Director, managed an annual budget of $ 1, 5 - 2 millions during a 5 years USAID funded program. As the Northern Regional Office Manager, I managed successfully and supervised the daily activities of 34 staff ranging from program staff, administrative personnel, Procurement & Logistics, Dispatching, IT, Security Coordination. Upon taking charge, I redesigned completely office logistics and procurement procedures which were evaluated and reviewed by the internal auditor and Senior Staff. Those procedures were then applied to all six regions in which the program was present. I issued new policies concerning fuel acquisition, storage, allowance and consumption which helped the company save 15 to 20% in fuel consumption monthly. I issued new administrative documents, spreadsheets to support fleet management, logistics, procurement and administration.

(Training for the 42 Touristic guides of the national historical park, the fencing of the Sans Souci Palace for up to $500,000.00 and some public works on the road that will connect the site of Labadee to the National Historical Park almost $1,000.000, 00). We reinforced the capacity of a fishermen association for close to $154,000.00. I helped created more than 20 new micro businesses in different sectors.
