Coordination of all activities related to monitoring and / or evaluation of programs / projects. For example more recently: o we monitored and evaluated during 12 months for the PAHO-WHO the "Free Obstetric Care (SOG)" project; o We performed the baseline and midline surveys as part of the impact evaluation of the project "Adolescent Girl Initiative (AGI)" for the World Bank; the endline survey is to be conducted soon; o We also performed the baseline survey as part of the impact evaluation of the World Bank and IDB Transfer of Technology to Farmers (PTTA)project.

• Responsible of the CPME system , including PPM, at all levels of Plan Haiti • Work closely with the program staff to measure progress towards result attainment • Measure and document impact through a process of sustained appraisal that requires objective measurement and comparison of results • Identify on a regular basis new opportunities, best practices and important structural or policy changes • Monitor results, evaluate activities to determine best practices and performs applied research to test hypotheses about causal linkages • Provide information for making program adjustments to increase effective utilization of resources and to improve decisions on a regular and on-going basis • Manage/coordinate the production of the quarterly reports for the Regional Office • Promote a learning culture within the organization focusing on reflective, analytical and intellectual work with prompt feedback to the operating units and management •Network with other NGO’s with the purpose of sharing information, best practices and lessons learned • Identify partners’ needs regarding monitoring and evaluation systems and provide them with appropriate support

• Manage and coordinate M&E activities jointly with local awardees • Work closely with the national and international consultants in the finalization of the LCEP M&E system and learning framework • Develop and implement M&E training IDEJEN staff and local awardees representatives • Plan and supervise data collection activities • Prepare M&E reports and briefings targeted data interests and levels of sophistication • Review and refine data collection techniques and instruments • Oversee data management • Organize knowledge sharing forums (presentations of project progress, findings, etc …) at the level of interventions areas • Supervise local staff involved in data collection and management • Foster and model collegiality among staff creating and overall atmosphere of productivity , innovation and teamwork
