Initially a 6-month, contracted positions involving the consolidation and or decommission of retail banking and administrative office locations where I worked as a partner in a team that inspected locations in the North-East region for Bank of America. Served as last line of defense in the discovery or recovery of risk materials that would expose the banking institution or the brand name to major liabilities; Created projects, managed their budget, scheduled and reported to different regional bank administrators and CBRE leadership; Scheduled multiple level inspections from Vacate Premise Checklists (VPC), to Peer Review, to senior leadership walkthroughs; Contract was extended due to above and beyond performance that contributed in great part to policy improvements and protocol changes throughout the program.

Contracted positions where I managed multimillion dollar portfolios for the conversion of Wachovia into Wells Fargo bank in 2010 - 2011 and Sovereign bank into Bank of Santander 2012 to Nov. 2013; Participated in the pre-lunch operations by doing intensive data entry activities and designing official protocol documents; Oversaw the bidding process by preparing and reviewing the bids for the project; Lead a team composed of General Contractors and Environmental Health & Safety consultants; Evaluated their performance throughout surveying, demolition, construction and punch list review of the interior conversion program. Prepared and submitted daily updates and weekly reports through central proprietary online software, maintained an open communication relationship with store/branch managers so to create a pro-active problem-solving environment.
