 Approach state institutions for the registration of the Harvest Field Corners in the country and manage the establishment Operations of the office.  Ensure that the office remains operational in the field as part of offering HFC’s services to the clients.  Represent the institution before the institutions and authorities of the country.  Manage and supervise the different interventions of the institution on the field.  Ensure that all funding applications are analyzed and processed according to HFC standards.  Manage the office and HFC employees.

 Translate the books of the Bible indicated by the editor into Creole.  Do the back translation of the books translated into Creole by other translators of the program.  Identify morphology, syntax and semantic problems in translated texts.  Check that all the components of the "Translator checklist" are respected in the translated texts.  Write and submit a translation report for each translated book.  Do the “send and receive” to share the translation done in the program with the management team.  Submit the translation report and the translator’s checklist to the program editor every month.

 Make sure the coffee is prepared for roasting and transport it from Thiotte to VA depot in Port-au-Prince.  Ensure that administrative and logistical follow-up are done for the transport of coffee to an industry in Saint-Marc in order to be roasted and packed.  Retrieve the roasted and packaged coffee from Saint-Marc, transport it and store it in the warehouse of the office in Port-au-Prince, in order to be prepared it for distribution.  Take care of promotional and sale activities;  Ensure that follow-up is done to retain customers;  Ensure that weekly reports are submitted on time to prepare the monthly sales report;  Ensure losses are properly recorded, etc.  And accomplish any other duties related to this position.

 Interpret for foreign visitors during meetings with partners and beneficiaries in Haiti,  Represent MAP International in the country with before all the institutions in collaboration with MAP International on the field.  Respond at the customs level as required to assist with certain clearance files.  Ensure that MAP grants reach beneficiaries in an effectively manner.  Work MAP International process to establish legally in Haiti.

 Manage overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the facility.  Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money.  Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and preparation of contracts.  Set policy and guidelines for delivering commercial and cost-effective procuring process for the institution.  Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve the programs activities.  Implement change and develop new processes to better procure goods and services.  Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and service.  Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.  Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.  Identify areas for improvement to continually drive performance and business results.  Conduc

 Establish collaborative relationships with church leaders, schools directors, opinion leaders and their respective communities to raise awareness and enroll them into the program.  Recruit and train young people as leaders in the programme for the training of other young people in the community.  Work with church leaders to raise awareness and train married couples in churches and non-married couples in communities on HIV and the evidence of reciprocal faithfulness as a practice for a healthy sex life free from STD.

 Prepare and instruct project teams on data collection tools.  Perform data entry in the data register for this purpose.  Analyse data that can provide project managers adequate information to facilitate decision-making related to project management.  Prepare and train managers and their teams on tools for conducting the final KPC survey.  Prepare KPC survey (different areas, target populations, sampling, questionnaires, etc.)  Conduct the KPC survey and send completed questionnaires from the various sub-recipients of the project to Head Office project management.  Represent the institution at global information-sharing meetings organized by institutions related to data collection and analysis, such as Measure Evaluation
