As member of Operation Christmas Child Volunteer Team, At Times I perform the following:
-Troubleshooting mobile devices,Laptop,printers,workstation.

-Facilitate English-Spanish transcription vice versa, English- creole transcription for security training when necessary
 -Plan training,ressources,operation Christmas child ministry implementation via outreach event for the Greatest journey 
to reach children for Christ.
-Equip trainers and ministry partners across 15 regions in Haiti for evangelism,
discipleship and multiplication in the ministries.
-Prepare   precise and complete reports of the amount
of children attending greatest Journey classes.

-Coaching ministry partners to promote children protection and best practices through
roles network efficiently.

As part of Mission Evangelique Vallee de L'espoir , At Times I perform the following duties 

-Implementation of computerlab vocational school
-Installing, configuring ,Operating, troubleshooting ict
devices,laptops,tablets,destops,multifunction printers,scaners,paper shraders,...
-Installing aplications,updating antivirus and drivers and scannind  regularly on laptops for protections
- Backup users data when necessary.
-Facilitate  English-creole transcription vice versa, for
US christian missionaries in church teaching and preaching ministry
-Train church leaders on ICT equipment best use to avoid malfunction when required.

As a member  of the minustah Information Assistant Team ,my duties consisted of

.Receive users' call and register them in the helpdesk requests tracking system 

.Provide The UMOJA implementation system. .Provide Desktop/Laptop/VDI technical support .

Install,Configure,Operatate ,Troubleshoot network devices, printers,digital senders,workstation .

Update antivirus /drivers regularly on minustah clients mobile devices and desktop.

Format computers to update from windows XP to  recent Windows OS  .

Back up users data regularly  and perform task on network share drive .

Troubleshoot network connection issue ,

making ethernet cables when required to help users fix issues baser on Physical Layer 2 of OSI model .

Provide on-site and remote user support to MS Outlook, Intranet Applications, e-FSS; .etc.

.Follow ITIL frame work for services strategy, service design, service transition, service operations and continual service .

Migrate all MINUSTAH users to Microsoft Outlook new mail client platform .

Train MINUSTAH user on using the new mail client .Phase-out of Lotus Notes Client in MINUSTAH .Deployment of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) system

Train MINUSTAH users on using the VDI system .Implement Back-to-Back printing

.Instructing and reminding (continuously) users to print documents when necessary and not waste paper.

.Encourage black and white copies as opposed to printing in color whenever possible
