Projects of Family Planning and Child survival
• Supervise and coordinate all Managers activities for the MCH department
• Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects by staff schedules and workplans tailored
• Develop and implement the workplan of projects in accordance with the procedures of PSI/Haiti and donors
• Work closely with the Sales Manager, Communications Section, Research and M&E to define the strategic guidelines for product promotion and BCC activities
• Manage budgets by agreement with the project Managers and the Department of Finance, with regard to workplans
• Ensure administrative follow-up of activities with the Procurement and Contract Departments and also the Department of Finance
• Research and document best practices in Social Marketing

Responsible for the oversight of the projects in domains of Cholera, WASH, HIV/AIDS, Nutrition, and Health system strengthening
• Prepare and design together with the Country Director all health Program/Project documents/proposals, and development of concept papers
• Facilitate the strengthening of the overall health Programs/Projects in Haiti
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate at national level – West, South, South-east, and Artibonite departments - the WHI’ health projects
• Provide leadership through evaluations and methodologies for the development of the Projects/Programs and the implementation of indicators that can be used to strengthen regional level program
• Provide technical guidance and support to the program staff, management, consultants, partners and other interested parties
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as local and national laws/policies
• Ensure all activities are conducted in a timely and cost effective manner
• Build monthly work plans and budgets that identify key objectives, responsible staff, deliverables and potential roadblocks
• Conduct dynamic needs assessment all over the project implementation
• Report bimonthly to the Country Director
• Undertake any other duty as might be required from time to time.
