• Responsible for the integrity of the collection, processing, posting and maintenance of all grade files, grades for 2500 students, transcripts, academic honors and prizes, monitors and enforces the grade curves with faculty members; creates various grade surveys and attrition reports requested by the Registrar and Dean.
• Works with 350 tenured and adjunct faculty to gather approximately 20,000 grades each year.
• Supervises the Veterans Affairs Benefits program for 60-plus students receiving over $1.2 million per academic year. Certifies active-duty, retired military, spouses, and dependents each year, provides expertise on VA benefits and Veterans issues to Law Center decision makers with regards to the strategic plan, and trains colleagues about Veterans’ matters.
• Manages all aspect of the exam review process and supervises temporary staff during exam periods.
