- Advise Public and Cultural Affairs Officers - Supervise Cultural Section employees and interns - Review and recommend sustainable project proposals - Monitor and evaluate funded projects - Conceptualize, develop, plan and coordinate all exchange programs - Organize trainings for Women in the countryside on elections - Develop and maintain high level contacts with organizations and individuals in human rights, education, culture, women and entrepreneurship - Promote Mission objectives in respect to host country - Lead the Fulbright program for Americans coming to Haiti and Haitians going to the US - Research, draft and maintain institutional analysis of both sectors - Provide oversight to English language and educational advising projects - Train and advise the Cultural Affairs Assistant and receptionist
