ASR-HATI (2013-2015) : Operations Coordinator Manager Responsible for the co-planning, running and supervision of all activities of all domestic system projects awarded to ASR-Haiti: Co-plan all activities as indicated in the project documents throughout the duration of the projects; under the guidance of, and in collaboration with, the NGOs International Program Manager; Participate in the activities of members organizations against the domestic system of children in Haiti Preside the extraordinary meetings and represent the comity of coordination Sign all official documents jointly with the secretary or Assistant Manager Execute the taken decisions in the meetings extraordinary Represent legally the network next to the others national and international NGOs and The State Insure the communication to the all levels like the official Spokesperson Insure the management of the activities of Network and the cohesion of several Instances Sign all program, reports budgets and financial state by Treasurer or Paymaster Liaising with Government counterparts and local NGOs, establishing a legal working group Supervise and coordinate the implementation of all projects’ activities to ensure timeliness, delivery of results as indicated in the project document and the quality of interventions; Co-supervise and co-coordinate the work of all projects staff and consultants; Liaise with Government counterparts and local NGOs, as well as national and international Working Groups during the implementation of all activities; Coordinating return and reintegration services to trafficked persons and/or to their families Undertaking logistical preparations and developing training curricula for capacity building workshops for NGOs and other service providers Coordinating with Government representatives, community leaders and civil society to support anti-human trafficking networking Develop and maintain relationships with Government authorities national and international organizations, NGOs and UN agencies and promote ASR-HAITI and its CT activities in Haiti Ensure project visibility through preparation of situation reports, press releases and local reports Brief the hierarchical superior on regular basis and seek advice on implementing issues as necessary Supervise, guide and build technical capacities of project staff Preparing and translating all necessary project documents Maintain all project records and files Participate in the selection of new local non governmental organizations . Work closely with selected organizations ensuring quality of service delivery; Regularly update the International Program Manager on all program’s activities and assist in reports and proposals drafting; Ensure conformity to ASR Data Protection Policy; Co-coordinate and supervise the implementation of operations in the field, including identification of VoT and their socio-economic reintegration, as well as the research component; Co-plan all projects’ activities, in collaboration with the National Project Officers and the Social Workers, to ensure the timely delivery of the projects’ objectives within the length of the programs; Participate in regular formal meetings with partner NGOs, other agencies working in the counter-trafficking field, working groups and associations etc.; Manage a monitoring and evaluation system; Manage new project objectives when necessary, and collaborate with other ASR-Haiti mission programs to enhance synergies; Perform other duties, depending on needs.
