Work in coordination with the IFMS IT staff and the IT directors of ministries and other institutions of the Government of Haiti to install, manage, maintain and monitor the network system in the Government institutions. Responsible to implement a visualization system using VMware on Finance Ministry (MEF).

Report to the Senior Database Engineer. • Install, maintain and deploy the databases of the project • Install, maintain databases server of the project • Install, maintain and deploy the replication system and clusters of databases • Implement backup procedures • Ensure optimal performance of the technological databases tools used in the project. • Prepare the documentation associated with contingency procedures (Disaster Recovery plan - DRP) for the components of the technology platform used. • Submit Test Results Report, Certifications of the Platform and Project Performance Report to the Technology Project Leader • Submit required reports during the project

Development kpi, datamart in coordination with the departments of Marketing (Product & Pricing), Sales and Finance. -From Datamining Datawarehouse (Oracle Exadata server) -Report and Universe design using Business Object (Standard reporting tools) -Development of stored procedures communicating with API for SMS blast and promotions.

-Coordinate changes to databases (oracle, sqlserver) servers, test and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems. May plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard databases servers. Implement Backup and recovery system. -Monitor and provide first level support for any processing problems related to International Roaming.

-Manage and troubleshooting: "Billing Platform (oracle and Sybase). - Perform daily administration routines including backup and monitoring - Create new Plan and New tariff on the billing platform. - Produce reports Finance department.
