• Project Management for Haiti Forest - the new joint venture initiative in Haiti with multinational companies in partnership with Virgin and the Clinton Foundation • Launch an ecosystem of social businesses in the agroforestry sector, to create business-based solutions to the deforestation, food security and poverty issues in Haiti. • Identify, select and coach potential entrepreneurs, in the Haiti Forest ecosystem. Help them develop their business model, deliver key analysis where required to back it up • Coach them in the preparation of their business plan and their financial modelling • Interface with local project stakeholders in Saint-Michel de l’Attalaye. • Develop and implement local communication plan with the relevant partners, support local partners to organize community meetings, prepare communication supports • Prepare project deliverables, track milestone, and prepare status updates and reporting to key partners.
