• Strengthen COE by contributing to COE planning, including development, implementation and monitoring of work plans, timelines, budgets, milestones and deliverables • Support development of funding proposals and progress reports • Budget monitoring • Provide technical assistance and training to COE health staff on specific health topics • Accompany COEs quality committees on implementing CQI projects • Support development of funding proposals and progress reports • Write, edit, and format publications and reports related to assigned projects • Provide technical quality assurance for HIV/AIDS project component

• Technical support to EMR users • Training on new EMR and OpenELIS versions for Healthcare providers • Submit evaluation report for supervised sites

• Train Family Physician Residents, interns and clinical nurses • Provide HIV/AIDS Care and Treatment at the HIV Clinic • Provide primary care to the Cap-Haitien population
