 Administered The Army Maintenance Management System and supervised the repair of over 4,700 weapons. Maintained over $3 million worth of tools and equipment.  Responsible for health, welfare, morale, training, development, mentorship and deployment readiness of six non-commissioned officers and 37 soldiers.  Implemented shop safety programs, key control, requisitioned bench stock, shop stock as well as inventory of shop equipment, publications and section Army physical fitness program.  Applied management principles in establishing priorities and allocating workloads based on the changing missions, manpower and workload to ensure the most effective mission accomplishment.  Served as a section Sergeant for the power generation equipment repair of a DS Maintenance Company, supporting over 10,000 service members in 84 customer units in the Republic of Korea.  Trained 48 seniors NCOs in the battalion.  Patrol hostile area for several hours.  In charge for the safety and security of the camp.
