Introduction
GOAL is an international humanitarian agency dedicated to the alleviation of the suffering of the poorest of the poor. It was founded by its current Chief Executive, John O’Shea in 1977. GOAL works towards ensuring that the most vulnerable in our world and /or those affected by humanitarian crises have access to the fundamental needs and rights of life including but not limited to adequate shelter, food, water and sanitation, health care and education.
GOAL is a non-denominational, non-governmental and non-political organisation.
With the scale of the Earthquake in Haiti, it has become our main priority to deliver aid as efficiently as possible. We are looking for experienced people to help us respond in the most efficient way. This will be a lengthy process but as our efforts expand more people will be reached. By sending us your expertise it will be the start to making a difference.
Fonctions
Manage the staff, organise contracts for national staff. Continue updating necessary practices.
Qualifications réquises
Have already previous 3 years experience. Speak, read and write very good English. Have studied studied Human Resources and are up to date with all the necessary practices.
