Plan International is recruiting an Economic Security Technical Advisor

Job Purpose:
Provide direction and technical support to ensure the quality of all Household Economic Security related programs, and ensure that they encompass corporate principles, objectives and strategic directions, reflecting particularly the child centered community development approach.

Specifics Task:
· Participate in the identification and establishment of integrated development strategies related to HES, at a national level which can be practically implemented at PU level, orientated to achieve the corporate and national objectives of Plan Haiti through a child centered community development approach.
· Represent Plan Haiti internally and externally to promote Plan's position in Haiti in the area of Microfinance and HES to establish strategic relations which will aid Plan to achieve its related objectives;

Responsibilities:
· Identify strategies to promote the quality integration of program and sponsorship at the field level;
· Manage all existing relationships with Microfinance partners and identify new partners or expansion to existing services as required;
· Monitor and evaluate HES related programs in order to guarantee their technical quality and the promotion of institutional learning;
· Participate in the identification and establishment of integrated development strategies related to HES, at a national level which can be practically implemented at PU level, orientated to achieve the corporate and national objectives of Plan Haiti through a child centered community development approach;
· Provide technical advise to the PUs Offices for the design and implementation of quality programs related to HES, integrating these programs with the other areas of Plan's programs;
· Provide technical proposals and the necessary follow up for grant funded projects/programs as and when required;
· Represent Plan Haiti internally and externally to promote Plan's position in Haiti in the area of Microfinance and HES to establish strategic relations which will aid Plan to achieve its health related objectives;
· Where necessary design, implement, monitor and evaluate HES related POs at CO level;
· Work on the implementation strategy for the HES CPO in order to achieve the set objectives;
· Work in coordination with the other technical advisors, both at national and zonal level to promote integration of the vocational education, market access and provision of microfinance to communities and marginalized groups with the other areas of Plan Haiti's
program.

Qualifications and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of Microfinance
· Analytical and Organization skill
· Strategic Thinker
· Team worker, Dynamism and motivation
· Computer literate (Word, Excel, Access)
· Be available to travel to the field.
