ME&A is recruiting for candidates for a proposed USAID-funded multi-year watershed project in Haiti.

Qualifications include: at least 10 years of international experience in watershed management or related fields; prior experience as COP or director of similar projects; experience managing grant programs is a plus; superior management, written and oral communications skills. Education in water resource, environmental, or related fields at Masters level. English and French language capability at professional level. Prior USAID and Haiti experience highly desirable.
