Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and coordinate all the activities related to monitoring and evaluation both for the Development and the Emergency response programs
2. Conduct data quality reviews to ensure that all information required for submission to Head-Quarters in Geneva, the funding agencies are collected in a valid, reliable, and timely manner
3. Participate actively in the preparation of reports and documents to Head-Quarters in Geneva,
the funding agencies and other partner organizations
4. Prepare and conduct trainings on monitoring and evaluation topics for staff and beneficiaries,
collaborating with other trainers to ensure that the M&E tools are utilized and managed properly.
5. Provide technical assistance to LWF/Haiti staff members and partner organization staff in the
utilization and management of monitoring and impact assessment tools;
6. Develop and implement a monitoring plan for each program with the collaboration of the
Program Manager and the Project/Sectors Coordinators

Qualifications

1. Experiences: minimum 3 years experience in PME, preferably in an International NGO and in a supervisory position
2. Personal attributes: gender, community and humanitarian sensitivity. High degree of integrity and professional responsibility
3. Education: University degree in Statistics, Economy, Agriculture, Development studies or other relevant qualifications
4. Professional skills:
 strong organizational and management skills,
 good knowledge of the rural areas in Haiti,
 good knowledge of emergency response program ,
 demonstrated experience in data collection; statistical analysis; and reporting; including experience with computer-based statistical packages and databases ,
 proven experience and skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, survey design and implementation,
 excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written,
 fluency in English required
