International NGO is looking for an IPD Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of fundraising, donor contract management (“IPD”), media, and communications outputs, activities, and requirements its program in the Haiti

The qualified candidate should have:
Strong understanding of project management
At least 5 years experiences of program design
Experience of working in humanitarian response
Excellent, demonstrable communication skills
Ability to influence and negotiate different levels
Experience managing donor relationships
Strong understanding of different donor requirements and ways of working
Experience in development of communications and media materials
Good analytical skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Good understanding of basic finance systems
Excellent written and spoken English
Good understanding of French
