1. Coordinate with CRRP Area Manager, area partners, relevant CRS technical advisors, and other international and local organizations working in the zone.
2. Work with area manager and relevant CRS technical advisors to develop a livelihoods strategy for the zone.
3. Plan, implement and monitor livelihoods activities in the area as a part of the livelihoods strategy.
4. Research and propose new and innovative ways to address livelihoods challenges in neighborhood.
5. Coordinate with area M&E officer to design assessments and M&E exercises for current and potential livelihoods programming.
6. Provide regular reports on progress and livelihoods indicators for the zone.
7. Identify local resources and market dynamics specific to the neighborhood.
8. Supervise and support the Cash for Work, R2R and Small Business Recapitalization Field Animators to complete their field activities.
9. Participate in activities, meetings and trainings of the livelihoods working group.
10. Provide feedback on livelihoods programming, report problems, and propose possible solutions.
11. Support the area teams and participate in field missions.
12. Assist in the monitoring of expenditures and budgets.
13. Perform other administrative and technical duties as required.
