Introduction
J/P HRO's mission is saving lives and rebuilding communities through sustainable programs. Fonctions The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for overseeing JP HRO programs and projects, both new and established, providing accountability and ensuring efficiency and success from start to finish. The M&E Officer will monitor and evaluate initiatives in the context of J/P HRO strategic planning. S/he will create organization-wide processes to ensure that all adhere to procedures and policies as well as assessing and evaluating project aims and goals, maximizing the efficiency of the agenda. S/he will be responsible for establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to report and record physical progress, ensuring agreed deliverables are met as well as submitting regular progress reports to the Director of Programs. This is an important role; translating strategic direction into plans and objectives, streamlining and guiding JP HRO projects to ensure all are working effectively towards common goals within the different departments and maintaining excellence at every level.
