Ensure quality waste collection services are delivered to project beneficiaries. Liaise between targeted communities and the CRS Solid Waste team.

1. Work with SMCRS to oversee the disposal of solid waste collected by project contractors;


2. Manage a tracking system for solid waste disposed at landfill;


3. Ensure waste has been removed from established waste collection points in concert with the project inspectors;


4. Collaborate with the solid waste team to maintain a payment mechanism for services provided by waste collection contractors;


5. Perform other duties as necessary or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree in management, natural resource management, or equivalent
• Relevant experience in managing solid waste, specifically at the landfill;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Ability to work in teams in various circumstances;
• Ability to manage staff;
• Experience working with a diverse number of partners, including governmental
