Programme Organizer

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from recognized university;
- Able to assess needs and problems of farmers;
- Experience with planning, organizing and implementing agriculture and forestry programs designed for the poor;
- Able to work in a team and innovative self-starter;
- Excellent community mobilization and training skills;
- Hold valid driving license for motor vehicles;
- Physically fit and able to travel extensively in rural conditions;
- Fluent in Creole and English.

- Willing to work with the underprivileged people in rural areas to increase their capacity, production and income.
