Introduction


Fonctions

1- Ensure, on a daily basis, the data entry and keep up to date the Database of the ''Disbursements Management System'';

2- Work with the Administration staff and the supervisor to manage filing system and ensure all paper information related to disbursement requests is properly recorded and organized by category and type of services;

3- Work in coordination with the Finance Department for recovering checks, in order to ensure that bills payment of vendors is executed in a timely manner.

4- Provide to the supervisor as well as to the all Administration a monthly report and feedback regarding payments executed for the previous month and payments to execute for the current month.

5- Ensure bills payment for the mobile phone service provides by the Communication company according to the following tasks :

a. Ensure the monthly payment of bills to the communication company.
b. Track bills and ensure the reimbursement by employees for the use of the CRS phone communication plans for personal calls.
c. Make regularly the update in the database named ''Table of Calls to Reimburse''.

6- Perform any other tasks deemed necessary on the request of the Deputy For Administration.


Qualifications réquises

• Diploma in Secretariat or equivalency in experience.
• Minimum two years experience in a similar position.
• Strong inter-personal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and respond quickly to requests.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly, familiar to Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Self-guided, strong organizational, planning, and problems solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
