Fonctions

Purpose: To assist the Program Support Manager and the Finance Director to control, collect, organize, input and analyze all reports and information submitted by World Concern staff within the Emergency Program.


Qualifications réquises

Functions include but are not limited to;
1. Maintaining a good supply of all needed blank reporting forms to distribute to field staff every week or when requested.
2. Collect and file completed reports using the filing system already set up.
3. Input data into existing databases in a timely manner, meeting the weekly deadlines set by Program Support Manager.
4. Maintain the accuracy and organization of all databases.
5. Assist the Program Support Manager in preparing field reports being sent out to the inspecting engineer and CFW supervisor.
6. Support the Program Support Manager in enforcing reporting deadline to field staff: reporting weekly to Program Support Manager reports received and reports missing.
7. Work with Program Support Manager to discuss reporting issues and develop a plan to track down missing information or to clarify reports.
8. Track down needed field reports either in the office or in the field.
9. Update timesheet database on monthly basis
10. Assist Finance Director in conducting CFW payroll controls and information filtering
11. Support Finance Director in collecting needed documentation for project audits.
12. Perform any other relevant tasks as directed by Program Support Manager or her designate.

Required Education, Skills & Experience:
1. University degree
2. 2 or more years experience in data entry
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel including formulas.
4. An efficient worker who is able to work in a fast paced environment
5. A pleasant personality and mature person.
6. An honesty person who is trustworthy.
7. A team worker.
8. An outgoing personality.
9. MUST be able to communicate in French and Creole.

Preferred Education, Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in project reporting.
2. A person above reproach and of good standing in the community.
3. Possessing social skills necessary build social capital among community members as well as workers.
4. Have a positive attitude.
5. Able to communicate in English.
